BREAKING NEWS: Hirsh Singh’s Campaign Manager, “I will not vote for Trump again, he sold us out”

Breaking News.jpg

I thought I was done blogging about Hirsh Singh’s tough guy, Bluetooth wearing, campaign manager King Penna but this cannot be ignored.

Making it’s rounds on social media this evening is a March 23, 2018 Facebook post of Penna’s:

Penna Never Trump.jpg

I couldn’t personally look on Penna’s Facebook page because he has me blocked, but there is more than one way to skin a cat. I had a friend look it up and grab a screenshot. I have the video to back it up.

Penna wrote on March 23, 2018, “I will not vote for Trump again, he sold us out.” Penna was clearly, in his own words, “Never Trump” as recently as March 23, 2018.

There’s no denying it, Hirsh Singh’s campaign is not as pro-Trump as he would have you believe.

Maybe the rumor that Singh is a Democrat plant is true.

I’m Gonna Get Sued Again (King, Have Your Guy Serve Me At The Radio Station, Our Listeners Like That)

King Penna

King Penna

Regular listeners of the radio show have heard me get served legal papers on the air, usually from a politician I made mad. We joke that I managed to drag Bob into a lawsuit or two.

We’re in the middle of a lawsuit now. Unfortunately, our lawyer won’t allow me to talk about it and since the one thing I have learned from all the times I’ve been dragged into court is always listen to your lawyer, I will not talk about this current lawsuit.

The other thing I’ve learned from all the times I’ve been dragged into court is that if I’m going to push the envelope – do not tell my lawyer until after I do it. It’s that whole “it’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission” thing.

I mention all this because after yesterday’s blog post about the verbal assault on Jack Ciattarelli’s wife Hirsh Singh’s tough guy, Bluetooth wearing, campaign manager King Penna has threatened me with legal action.

Bring it King! I look forward to discovery, it could be fun. The only thing I ask is that the process server bring the papers to the radio station and serve me on the air, our listeners seem to like it when that happens. The last process server was a nice guy, but he wouldn’t come into the studio.

Whatever you do King, don’t let your lawyer send the papers to an address I haven’t used in 15 years like Alan Zakin did when he filed papers against you and tried to drag me into it. I still haven’t received those papers but I did read them in a New Jersey Globe article. That same article mentions “a dossier” that alleges Penna, “had been indicted on child endangerment charges in 2009 and that he entered into a plea agreement.”

In other words, expunged or not, it has been in the public domain and is therefore fair game. Don’t take my word for it, take a look at G.D. vs Bernard Kenny and the Hudson County Democratic Organization, Inc. The state Supreme Court said, “Although our expungement statute relieves a prior offender of some civil disabilities, it does not extinguish the truth.” Additionally, the court said, “The panel reasoned that because the information in the flyers was true-and that truth could not be extinguished by the expungement order-G.D. could not satisfy an essential element of a defamation cause of action.”

I didn’t say anything that isn’t true in yesterday’s blog post. So long as I do not “knowingly” release expunged documents I am not violating the law.

I’ve been down this road before, even charged criminally, and had the case dismissed. Unlike Penna, I didn’t hide behind a fake name, “Patrick Flake,” or a shell company registered in Wyoming. I stand behind my work!

Also, just to be clear, you cannot sue me for “liable.” The word is “libel” moron!

So, with all that said, I welcome a phone call from King Penna’s lawyer.

Finally, because restraining orders are civil matters and cannot be expunged and because threatening me with legal action is never a good idea, I present you with a restraining order that was once filed against King Penna by a “former business partner/girlfriend.”

While the pdf is difficult to read, on page 3 in answer to the question “Any prior history of domestic violence,” you can read the words, “verbal harassment” and “physically threw her against wall.”

Looks Like Singh’s Tough Guy Campaign Manager Picks On Kids Too (Part 1)

King Penna (with that stupid bluetooth he always has in his ear)

King Penna (with that stupid bluetooth he always has in his ear)

Earlier today we shared on the blog a press release regarding, former beauty pageant winner Hirsh Singh’s campaign manager King Penna’s verbal assault on Jack Ciattarelli’s wife. In describing what led to the release we said, “The bottom line is, true to form, Penna decided to pick on a woman because he’s too weak to go at a man.”

To be clear, I don’t like Penna and the feeling is mutual. I wouldn’t give him a glass of water if I found him standing, stranded in the middle of a desert. But I would rub wet cat food on him and let the coyotes do the rest.

I haven’t liked Penna since I first met him in 2015 when he was losing a Freeholder primary election for John Cesaro, Christine Myers and Angleo Tedesco in Morris County. I was called to come in and rescue the campaign with about a month to go and we managed to win two of three, Cesaro and Myers. To this day Penna has Myers to thank for talking me out of punching him in the face. I apologize to Morris County for not doing it.

To be equally clear, I have no dog in this year’s GOP gubernatorial primary fight. I signed on with Doug Steinhardt, and we all know what happened with that.

I do have a huge problem with Penna going after Ciattarelli’s wife. I have an even bigger problem with the video making it online. I’ve always said family is off limits, unless they make themselves a part of the campaign. Mrs. Ciattarelli has not been an active part of the campaign. I’ve been at events where Jack was and have never met his wife.

I have an even bigger problem with the fact that Penna has a record, during this campaign, of picking fights with women. Back in March we shared video of Penna shouting at Stephanie Sharratt, the Montville Committee Chair. In the same blog post we reported that Penna said he will “destroy” Morris County Chair Laura Ali. It is my understanding Ali did file a complaint with the police.

As luck would have it a lot of other people have a problem with Penna picking on women. So much so that after we posted the press release concerning Penna’s verbal assault on Ciattarelli’s wife someone was kind enough to send me a picture of what I assume is an opposition research memo. The research was conducted on Penna:

It turns out Penna allegedly picks on kids too!

Endangering a Child. Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

According to the document, Penna entered into plea agreements. For the record, entering into a plea agreement does not mean innocent.

And, this is only part 1 of the story. I was promised I will receive hundreds of pages of documents pertaining to the case (and others). Those pages will be posted as soon as I get them. Penna can sue me, it won’t be the first time I’ve been sued.

That’s the Singh campaign folks. A candidate who once complained, “I’ve got 99 problems and they’re all bitches” and a campaign manager with child endangerment charges in his past.

More to come…

And, because I love the fact that Mrs. Ciattarelli called Penna “an arrogant asshole,” which makes me want to meet her now and is an accurate statement, here is the video we didn’t share earlier:
